In July 2021, Liu Huifang of Shanxi Agricultural University and others published the article "Research on the Application of 5-Aminolevulinic Acid on Yulu Fragrant Pears". Studies have shown that spraying low concentrations (0.1/1.0/10mg/L) of ALA during the growing season can significantly improve the photosynthetic performance of pear leaves and improve the internal quality of fruits; spraying high concentrations (50/100/150/200mg/L) during the veraison period ALA can effectively promote fruit coloring and improve fruit appearance quality.
1. Effect of low concentration of ALA on chlorophyll content of Yulu fragrant pear leaves.
It can be seen from the table that spraying low concentration (0.1-10.0 mg/L) ALA can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in leaves. Among them, the effect of 1mg/L was the most prominent, and the chlorophyll content increased by 45.4%, 54.5% and 48.0% respectively compared with the control, and the difference reached extremely significant.
2. Effect of low concentration ALA on fruit quality of Yulu pear.
It can be seen from the table that the treatments of different concentrations of ALA are better than the control treatment, among which 1mg/L treatment has the best effect, the titratable acid content is reduced by 30.7%, the content of soluble sugar is increased by 8.8%, and the solid-acid ratio is increased by 42.9%. The sugar-acid ratio has increased by 42.1%, significantly improving the fruit quality.
3. Effect of high concentration of ALA on anthocyanin content of Yulu pear fruit.
It can be seen from the table that spraying high-quality concentration (100-200mg/L) ALA solution can significantly increase the content of anthocyanins in the fruit of Yulu Xiangli, and 100 mg/L of ALA induces the accumulation of anthocyanins in the fruit of Yulu Xiangli. The effect is the best, which is 161.6% higher than that of the control, and the coloring ability of the fruit is significantly improved.
In summary, spraying 1 mg/LALA during the growth stage of Yuluxiang pear can significantly improve the photosynthetic capacity of Yuluxiang pear leaves, thereby increasing the accumulation of photosynthetic products and improving the intrinsic quality of the fruit. Spraying 100 mg/L ALA during the fruit veraison period induced the accumulation of anthocyanins and improved the external quality of the fruit.
The research results also show that the concentration of 1-100mg/L ALA has effects in different growth cycles of crops, which can improve quality, promote color change, increase sweetness, increase production and income!
