1. Purpose
In order to test the rooting effect on lettuce of Dora Arouse (alginate oligosaccharide) compared with PGRs.
2. Materials & Methods
2.1.Materials
Lettuce seeds、Dora Alginate Oligosaccharide、IBA, NAA.
2.2.Methods
The trial is tested in Changshu National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Jiangsu Province.
- Group A: Control(CK),
- Group B: IBA(10 ppm),
- Group C: NAA(20ppm),
- Group D: Arouse(5ppm),
- Group E: Arouse (30ppm);
3. Conclusion
In terms of rooting, 5ppm alginate oligosaccharide and 20ppm NAA solution have the obvious rooting-promoting effect, and the root length of lettuce was significantly increased.
