Here's a quick shot of some Crimson Clover pushing it's way up through the barley straw in this 25 gallon (indoor) No Till container. I don't own a farm myself, but have found incorporating the benefits of No Till Gardening to be incredibly sustainable for indoor medical garden. These containers are on their 6th cycle right now, and plant health/yields keep increasing as time goes on.
This has allowed me to cut down 60% of my original input costs, while avoiding pests and diseases all together as the soil food web in each container continues to progress. I couldn't be more impressed with the work of Masanobu, John Kempf, and likeminded farmers out there. I'm so glad I found this forum, and look forward to be inspired by some of the 'real deals' out there!
