AgFuse DMCA Policy

In accordance with The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), AgFuse will respond to relevant claims of copyright infringement that are reported by copyright owners, or those authorized to act on their behalf, that are submitted according to the instructions below. AgFuse, in its sole discretion, will take whatever consequent action is deemed appropriate including removal of the content in question.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

  1. Identify the copyrighted work (or works) that you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identify the content posted on our platform that you claim is infringing and should be disabled. Please provide as much detail as possible, indicating the URL or exact location where such content may be located.

  3. Include a statement in your notice declaring (1) you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the necessary parties, (2) the information in this notice is accurate and (3) you testify, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized party to act on behalf of the copyright mentioned.  

  4. Provide your full legal name and an electronic or physical signature as well as your email address, mailing address, telephone number and company affiliation, if applicable.
